Greetings, Happyplus Members!
We would like to inform you that the Happyplus program will discontinue its services. We hope we brought you closer to your favorite brands and we are grateful for the never-ending support you have shown us for the past years.
We will be officially extending the points redemption and load usage period to provide more time for members with accumulated points to redeem them in our participating stores nationwide.
From September 30, 2024, the points redemption and load usage period has been extended to October 30, 2024 for members with active branded Happyplus cards namely Joy Rewards Card, Overload Rewards Card, Chow Card, Red Ribbon Rewards Card, and Mang Inasal cards.
With this, we are encouraging all Happyplus members with active cards with load and balances to redeem their points by October 30, 2024z Please be advised that any points not redeemed by this date will be forfeited.
We hope for your continuous support as we make way for new improvements to the Jollibee Group Loyalty Program.

Earning points for Happyplus officially ended on July 31, 2024. |

No. Members with active Happyplus cards will no longer earn Happypoints beyond July 31, 2024. |

End of points redemption and load usage for Happyplus has been extended from September 30, 2024, to October 30, 2024. |

Why is there an extension for the points redemption and load usage period? |
The extension of the points redemption and load usage period for Happyplus is to provide additional time for active & registered members to redeem their accumulated points and remaining points before the program is officially discontinued. |

Is this the last extension for redemption of points and load usage? |
Members with active Happyplus cards can only redeem their points and use their remaining load until October 30, 2024. After this date, their Happyplus points will no longer be redeemable and Happyload of cards will no longer be used. Any changes related to Happyplus will be communicated via official Happyplus platforms. |

Can I still redeem my Happypoints and use my load before October 30, 2024? |
Yes. Members with active Happyplus cards can still redeem their points and use their load until October 30, 2024. |

Can I still redeem my Happypoints and use my load after October 30, 2024? |
No. Members with active Happyplus cards will no longer redeem their Happypoints and use their Happyload beyond October 30, 2024. |

How can I redeem my earned Happypoints? |
Members may claim their Happypoints by requesting this at the Cashier counter of any participating store nationwide before the October 30, 2024 deadline. |

Can I still load my Happyplus card to use for purchase? |
No, you may no longer reload your Happyplus card as the loading period has officially been stopped since July 31. |

Can I still use my active card (not expired card) |
Yes, you can still use your active Happyplus card with points and load to make purchases. Redeeming points for Happyplus has been extended to October 30, 2024. |

Your stores are always offline, and I can't use my card. |
The Happyplus team is doing our best to make sure that you get the best service. What will happen to my unused earned points and load? |
If members are not able to redeem their points and use their points, it will be forfeited. |

I was not able to renew my card. Can I still earn points using my expired card? |
No. Members are not allowed to renew their cards or use their expired Happyplus card to earn points. |

Do I need to register my Happyplus card to earn points? |
The registration of Happyplus card has already ended. Members are not able to earn points for their transactions anymore. |

My card is still valid after October 30 (Card valid from 2024 - 2026). What will happen to my card? |
Members can't use their card after the end of redemption date as the Happyplus program will no longer be active. |

What is the use of the card if we no longer earn points to redeem and load the card? |
Members can keep their Happyplus card, but it will no longer be usable. |

Will there be another Loyalty card that will be sold? |
No, there won't be another Loyalty card that stores will sell. |

Why is there an end of earning points and redeeming of points and load usage? |
There is an end of earning points because the Happyplus program will now discontinue its services. |

Why is the use of Happyplus being discontinued? |
The Happyplus program is being discontinued to make way for new improvements to the loyalty initiatives of JFC. Stay tuned for updates. |

Is Happyplus transitioning to a mobile application? |
No, the Happyplus program will not transition to a mobile application. |
